1. GOAL

Design an experience for a Production Supervisor to manage the complexities of a Factory Shopfloor and ensure the production is running as per the Production Plan. The app will used in Desktops with large screens and should provide all its capabilities preferably from a single screen UI, without much navigation and drill downs, as the decision making requires information to be evaluated from multiple dimensions.
2. ABOUT REO

Resource Orchestration (REO) is a one stop solution for a Production Supervisor of a Manufacturing Plant to Plan, Monitor and Manage the Shop Floor Resources. These ‘Resources’ could be Machines, Assembly Lines, Labour and Tools that are required to execute Production Orders. REO helps to manage the complexities of a Factory Shop Floor by providing an intuitive UI where a Production Supervisor can Dispatch and Schedule Production Orders to Resources and ensure the factory is at optimum utilization.
It is a cloud based web application and one of the most important systems under SAP's Digital Manufacturing Cloud suite that was first introduced in February 2018.
3. MY ROLE
